Unused dental benefits reset on January 1, and holiday gifts need to arrive before the holidays. Both close soon.
Most dental plans reset benefits on January 1. We email and text your existing patients who still have benefits left, handle the replies, and pass booked appointments to your front desk.
Pick a box, send us your recipient list, and we deliver by December 15. Prices include shipping.
Minimum order of 15 boxes. Free logo sticker or custom card on orders of 25 or more. 50% deposit to reserve, balance before shipping. When you reserve, set the quantity to your number of boxes.
Request our full gift menu with photos and we will send it the same day.
Gifting all year
Our Classic, Signature, and Luxe boxes are available year-round. Order at least three weeks ahead and we ship directly to every recipient.

Elavah is inspired by two Hebrew words, El (God) and ahavah (love), blended into one name that means God's love. It is a reminder that every good thing we build starts with love, and that love was never meant to sit still. It is meant to lift.

Meet our founders
Built on love, faith, and excellence. Brandie and Robert Mincey founded Elavah Group to bring luxury-level care and dependable systems to every client they serve.
Elavah Group was founded by Brandie and Robert Mincey, two leaders with different strengths and one shared standard: take care of people, and do it with excellence.
Brandie brings more than 14 years of experience in healthcare, legal, and administrative operations. She coordinates between doctors, clients, and teams, tracks every detail, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Robert is an ordained minister and certified trauma healing facilitator with a degree in Christian Ministry. He has led workshops in life skills, financial literacy, and recovery, mentored people through major life transitions, and brings hands-on experience in warehouse and facilities operations.
Together, they built Elavah so small businesses and practices can have that level of care without the cost of a full-time hire or the runaround of a big agency. When you work with Elavah, you work with people who know your business, answer your calls, and follow through.
Brandie's experience includes: writing standard operating procedures and training guides for logistics, medical device, and restaurant corporate teams; coordinating between surgeons, hospital staff, and logistics teams; supporting legal and compliance work; and helping open and organize a family-owned home daycare.
Robert's experience includes: group facilitation and one-on-one mentoring; teaching life skills and financial literacy; public speaking as a Toastmasters Competent Communicator; IC3 digital literacy certification; and warehouse and facilities operations.

Monthly plans are month to month. To cancel, simply email brandie@elavah.com before your next billing date. There is no notice period or cancellation fee. Project work, like a December campaign or a gift order, is priced per project.
New clients can send us one small task, about an hour of work, at no charge. It is the easiest way to see how we work before you choose a plan.
Yes. Unused hours roll over for one month on every plan.
For healthcare clients we sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement before receiving any patient information. For every client, we only contact people who already have a relationship with your business, and we honor every unsubscribe and opt-out.
Always. Every email, text, and gift selection is approved by you before it is sent.
We are based in Los Angeles County and work with businesses across Southern California. Most work is done remotely, and we can meet in person locally.
We send a secure online invoice you can pay by card. Projects require a deposit to reserve your spot.
